Samsung to Release Galaxy 6 with Edge Variant at Mobile World Congress 2015



Samsung is all set to release two variants of Galaxy S6 at Mobile World Congress 2015. Reports revealed that the mobile manufacturer is going to release this smartphone with a curved edge as seen in Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Edge. SamMobile reports say that, “Samsung is planning to launch new smartphones with flexible displays.” Samsung has gained much popularity with its Galaxy S series mobiles and hence it has revealed that the 'Project Zero' will be officially called as 'Galaxy S6'.

Samsung Galaxy 6 will have:
The leaked reports from some of the major websites have leaked the specifications of Samsung Galaxy 6. The processor of the smartphone is not yet confirmed. There are two possibilities, one is Samsung Exynos 8000 16-core processor and another one is Snapdragon Qaulcomm 810 64-bit. This is going to be the most powerful processor if installed in the phone. The 5.2-inch device is expected to have 128GB on-board memory. When it comes to camera, Samsung has increased the pixels to 21MP with ultra pixel sensor that can record at 8K resolution and 5MP front facing camera. Quad HD display with 2560 x 1440 resolution will give amazing picture quality. 3300 to 3500mAh will boost the smartphone with longer battery life. The device will be released with the latest android version 5.0 Lollipop.

Lightening fast technology:
As mentioned about both the processors above, the phone is expected to run at a lightening fast speed. The processor will power the new chipset that will include modem 4G LTE supporting Advance Cat 6. Transfer speed will be 300 MB/sec and this is possible only with 4G LTE. The new GPU hardware will increase the efficiency of the device up to 30%.
