Venus: A Bucket-mounted Mini Washing Machine of ₹ 1,500 to Release in 2015!

In a routine life of every middle-class Indian family, we often see that washing the clothes in a washing machine is not affordable by many. There are many families in India that cannot invest thousands and thousands for a washing machine. And there are many people who live alone, far away from the families. Some of them also face back-pain and shoulder pain problems due to excess washing of clothes. All these circumstances makes it difficult for a person to wash the clothes.

In response to all these problems, a firm based in Mumbai, Vimbas Navrachana is set to release a bucket-mounted mini washing machine at just ₹ 1,500 in the second quarter of next year. As it is cost-effective and keeps you away from the chemicals and detergents, it will be a wroth to buy after its release.

Limited production was sold out:
The company has already launched a limited number of pieces (100-150) of this mini washing machine which were sold out at a price of ₹ 2,500.  The founder of the company Piyush Agarwalla said that, “We are going to release more washing machines in the next half of the year in bulk at ₹ 1,500 only.” He also added that, “We recently launched a crowd-funding campaign to raise more money to make the product more cheap and affordable. The campaign will end on 12th December 2014.”

Two versions of washing machines:
The mini washing is set to release by 2015 in two variants, A.C (alternating current) and D.C (direct current). The company is now targeting the customers who don't have a frequent power supply and often need D.C to run their equipments. The experts are working with the D.C model washing machine that can only run on 12 volt battery. Both the variants will be released at the same time. Any way the firm is yet to release the distribution model of the machine and it will reveal the details about the same in the mid-November. Both the variants will go on sale offline as well as online

Highly capacitive than expected:
This washing machine has the maximum load capacity of 2.5 Kgs which is half of a normal washing machine capacity. The wash cycle is approximately 3 to 5 minutes, which is pretty quick. The voltage at which the machine will work is 110/230V and the power used by it will be 350 watts. You will be provided with the bucket clamps which will give machine an extra support to hang on the bucket.
